Your coordinator brings hands-on experience in event timelines, vendor communication, ceremony and reception logistics, design details, and wedding-day problem solving. For full-service planning, 12–18 months is ideal. Wedding management clients are encouraged to reach out at least 6 months ahead, though we’re always happy to check your date.
Yes. We serve Rochester, Buffalo, the Finger Lakes, and venues throughout Western New York. Travel beyond our core service area can be included in a custom proposal.
